Who am I
Aaron Ong
SpaceX — Production Engineer Tesla — Mechanical Design & Program Management Harvard UC Berkeley UC San Diego Cypress College

I am a production engineer at SpaceX, where I design and build manufacturing lines. Before that, I was a mechanical design engineer and program manager at Tesla. My career has taken me through some of the most demanding engineering environments in the world, and I have spent the last seven years mentoring students and young professionals alongside that work.

I design every engagement to be unique to the client. There is no script, no template, no one-size program. The coaching is built entirely around your goals, your timeline, and where you are right now.

Why I do this
Because no one
handed me a map.

I went through high school and college with minimal coaching from my parents. What they taught me was to be studious, show up, and take education seriously — and that foundation carried me further than I expected. But everything else, I figured out alone. The career strategy. The networking. The self-awareness. The direction.

After years of showing up and working hard, I now want to share what I have learned — and guide a new generation to create great things and contribute to the world.

Who this is for

Tailored life design for the next generation.

If any of these describe where you are, this was built for you.

Choose a career or major
Undecided, unsure, or second-guessing your direction. We map your strengths, values, and interests to find the path that fits — the one that sustains you, not just the one that pays.
Prepare for the real world
School teaches knowledge. Success demands strategy, self-awareness, and the ability to navigate systems that were not designed to help you. We build those skills deliberately.
Build a fulfilling career
Early decisions compound. The right role at the right company, negotiating your worth, knowing where you are headed — these are learnable skills, not accidents.
Find your guide
Someone who has lived what you are navigating. Someone who will be direct, invested, and focused entirely on your success.
